Guest Speaker: Amy Brown MS HFE, BS ME

Amy Brown Bio:

Amy Brown is an Associate Ergonomist for VSI Risk Management and Ergonomics, Inc., holds a Masters degree in Human Factors Ergonomics Engineering from San Jose State University. In addition, she holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

She has been working with VSI for the past 4 years, where she has performed ergonomic evaluations in almost every work environment such as office, laboratory, construction, and manufacturing. In addition, she has been involved with many usability studies. Prior to ergonomics consulting, she worked for Baker Manufacturing on the Engineering Design team, designing and testing height-adjustable workstations.
